We aim at dispatching the goods within three working days but it might, at times, take longer (in the case we are sourcing rugs in Morocco or out of the country for other reasons). Shipping times are usually max 14 days but may be longer under unforeseen circumstances. Shipping costs will be confirmed once you have provided us your full address.
Returns:
Please make sure you are aware of the condition of the rug prior to purchase, as described on the webpage. Although we have made every effort to accurately reflect the rug through images and description, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display accurately reflects it, especially in regards to its colour and texture. Your product may vary slightly from those images. We can send additional images or a video before your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt and will be refunded in full. Please write us an email within seven days if you are returning a rug. Exchanges within the same time frame are also possible.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Sales items are non-refundable.
Return shipping should be arranged and paid by you with a reliable courier that offers a trackable service.
Returned items should be well packed with the same packaging used by us or of similar quality.
If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, Oulli Rugs reserves the right not to issue a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
For issues beyond our control, like pests and diseases, we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 14 days.
Faulty goods will be refunded in full, including shipping. Please note that all our rugs are vintage and products described or pictured as frayed, stained, worn, faded, or with holes will not be considered faulty.
Terms and conditions:
The website is operated by Oulli Rugs.
By accessing this website you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Terms and conditions also apply to all sales between Oulli Rugs and the customer.
The content of this website is property of Oulli Rugs and any reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the contents in any form without our prior written permission is prohibited except for storing on your computer or printing copies of pages for your personal use only. We reserve the right to edit any part of the website at any given time, including our terms and conditions which will be immediately made effective.
Our items:
All items on this website are vintage one-offs, rare pieces and are sold as seen. They might have signs of wear, stains, unravelling that are commensurate with their age and use.
Although we carefully wash and beat our carpets before shipping them, some might shed some wool and dust. This is normal as they were made by hand in a rural setting with limited resources.
Although we have made every effort to give accurate dimensions, the measurements provided are approximate due to the irregular shape in most carpets. We try to provide pictures that reflect as much as possible the colours and textures of our pieces, however there will always be slight differences when seen in real life.
The age of the pieces on our website is an indication only, based on style, wear, material and local knowledge, as we can not be absolutely sure of the exact age of a particular textile as they are not dated.
Sales:
If you would like to purchase one of our pieces, please contact us and we can instruct you how to proceed with the payment. We will only dispatch the goods you want to purchase after receiving the payment. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you with an invoice, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us as you can. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm in writing whether you wish to go ahead with the change. The details of such change would then form part of the contract between you and us.
